Star Rating: Reviewer: Renae from Oregon Comments: I placed an order based on a web page on their site advertising the Corel bundle with free Intous 2 tablet. When we ordered, we made sure that was the specific tablet in the deal and that it was in stock. I then recieved a order confirmation, listing a much cheaper tablet. I contacted them and asked them to fix the order. After another day, I got a confirmation order that the wrong order had been shipped. I contacted them again. At first the guy tried to argue with me about the ad, but I pointed out that it clearly said Intous2 in two spots and that was the tablet in the photo. He said he could do noting about it (customer service?) but would notify marketing. After not hearing back from TigerDirect, I called again. I was again informed it was a computer glitch and that they would not honor it because the tablet was more expensive. I pointed out that was why I was paying so much for it and anyway it was supposed to be "free". I told them to cancel the order and send me my money back. They said they would refund my money AFTER the other order reached me and was returned to them. I asked them why they could keep my money when it was their mistake, and why they had never contacted me about the problem, that this wasn't customer service. They had, by the way, changed the web page after my complaint. Too bad for them I had already copied it. And, before thinking about getting their warranty service, you might want to check with the FTC, who seems to be investigating them. In the meantime, they have my money, I have no software and no money to buy it from a reputable company until they send my money back.
