Comments: I am rating this "poor" and not terrible because we did receive our phones in a decent time frame, and they seemed to be in good condition. But the reason why I am rating it low, is simply because my wife and I have only had our phones since January 2004 and, just a couple days ago (in July), our phones just stopped working. No signal, no nothing. It read that our SIMS card had failed. So my wife called T-Mobile and the lady said that sometimes this happens with this style of phone (would have been nice to have known that ahead of time) and that all we have to do now is drive to a T-mobile store and purchase a new SIM card for each phone!!! Costing us an extra $40 that we were not budgeting for this month!
