Comments: Service was excellent. I ordered a beautiful dress for my 5 year old grand-daughter, however, I made a mistake and ordered the dress in the wrong size. I contacted them immediately and they went to the trouble of changing my order for me and making sure the right size dress was sent out. That was a life saver because this dress was intended to be worn at Christmas and my grand-daughter received it in time to wear it. I would definitely order from them again, their clothes and shoes are very beautiful and I was so thrilled to find a site like theirs. I know now where I will be ordering my grand-daughter's Christmas dress for next year and that will be Storybook Heirlooms.
