I have returned items but not because of quality, even the 2nds have been great and functional. The selection, customer service, responsiveness has been superb. They are one of my favorite places to shop online.

Since it's more about function than fashion (at least to me), it doesn't matter that I can't try it on or test it out in person first. You can get some real steals on great stuff, the biggest problem is that you must act quickly because it goes fast. They also tend to run out of the most common sizes first. This place carries discontinued, overstock, factory-seconds kind of merchandise but its quality is guaranteed (for LIFE -- yes for life).

They don't gouge you on shipping charges. They usually ship the same or next business day. They are a shining example of what internet shopping should be. I have been a loyal customer of sierratradingpost.com for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. On more than one occasion I have placed an order on a Friday afternoon and have received the order by the following Friday. That's with UPS expedited ground service, not next or second day air. I don't want you to think Sierratradingpost.com is perfect. They are often selling overstocks, closeouts, and seconds which means they may not have the size or color you want. They are human afterall, but they guarantee your satisfaction. Sierratradingpost.com is a Christian company. Many companies make that claim, Sierratradingpost.com proves it by their actions.

They have always been honest and helpful with questions on orders - and as for speed, they are quick. Really quick. Most of my orders have been received in less than one week, often 3-4 days! And I don't use anything other than regular shipping. One time I even got a discount from an out of date catalog even though they didn't have to give it! The store in Cheyenne is lots of fun too, check it out.
