They sent the incorrect merchandise, told me to return something to a jewelry store in Houston, who returned it to me stating that it was not their jewelry. I guess I switched it when the "14K" gold broke out my finger. I have ordered cosmetics which had something in them that made my face swell and called to return them, only to have the ShopNBC credit card company call me to say that I did not pay my bill. I have never dealt with a shopping network that is so blatantly screwed up. I guess the old saying "fool me once" should apply. I feel so stupid that I gave them another chance.

They could be a lot quicker with the shipping and it takes a while to get in touch with customer servcie. But they are improving. The main thing is the quality of merchandise. I hope they don't lower the quality just to compete with HSN and QVC because it is the quality and prices that keeps me coming back.
Star Rating: Reviewer: Former Customer from Virginia Comments: I have spent thousands $$$$ with ShopNBC. I ordered a Serta mattress and box spring set which was delivered with holes in it. It was damaged by the delivery company. The replacement that I was supposed to receive was the mattress only, which was also defective and doesn't match the box spring. I have spent MONTHS trying to have this resolved. I strongly advise anyone not to shop with ShopNBC at all. The customer service is non-existent.

Customer service and the phone ordering system is absolutely terrible. I am a new customer and I had nothing but terrible experience with the ordering process and customer service. However, jewelry is fantastic, especially the upscale and designer merchandise. Website needs to join the 21st century.

However, the invoice read diamond / canary 14 carat gold ring. I contacted ShopNBC and was told that the item ordered is now sold out. Now I have to wait for them to mail me a return sheet so Fedex (another story in itself) can ship back the ring I got. Other than buying a computer on QVC, this is the last time I will retail shop with a TV retailer. I think they were sold out when they took my money. You got to make it easier for guys to shop with you.

Clothing has a long way to go ,but they have the very best in jewelry, esp. from Italy. QVC is better for clothing and misc. but don't even touch NBC jewelery.

Have returned items on several occasions without problems. Only 1 delivery that was not received and when disputed, credit was given immediately. Don't knock a good thing!

It takes foreever to get thru to customer service to get a clear answer to anything. Keep copies of letters/emails sent if you need to dispute charges with your credit card. Avoid their SHOPNBC card-interest rate - too high. One time they did not ship me an order and charged it to my credit card... it took forever to clear it up.

Really top quality, but since ShopNBC took over you cannot get to customer service ever, they don't ship on time. They don't even tell you anywhere that your ordering maybe back-ordered, you're just waiting for a product that never comes. And they charge you. They'll lose everything if they don't straighten their customer service out.
