It took over one month to ship and then when it did I never received it. Although I did get a refund, I felt as if I was being accused of fraud. I had to fill out a form and I was made to feel that I had done something wrong. Frankly I would be afraid to order from them again. I prefer HSN and QVC and I also order from Shop NBC. I like the liberal return policy.

Sometimes the quality is not what I expect, but I return those products and receive a full and prompt refund. I ordered a gold watch--1 from QVC, 1 from HSN and 1 from Shop at Home TV. I compared the prices and quality, and kept the Shop At Home TV product. I love my 14kt gold watch, I just love it. Keep up the good work.

I have ordered a minimum of 20 items and with 19 items there were problems. QVC and HSN are still number one. Also our credit card was charged higher than what the price indicated. Watch your charge account!

I went online and in less then 1 minute, I found it being offered for $695.00! That is over $250.00 difference! And if you think about it, the other site where I found the discounted set of the three is still making a profit on the sale even at the lower price! If you wish to purchase anything from the Shop at Home Network, I would recommend you do your homework first and compare prices with other services or sites.

My experience is especially with buying any product that has "REBATE OFFERS" - just make sure you know you do not get the packing slip with actual prices that you pay! You need all that in order to receive your rebates! Just beware you have to chase "Shopathometv" for this!

It doesn't make any sense because I don't get shipping discount from SAH any way. Why should I way that long?! SAH really need to work on this issue. Otherwise, they are going to loose customers. Plus, when you are not happy with the order and return it, they don't refound shipping charge. QVC does!

This channel far exceeds the other at-home shopping channels in many respects. Their hosts are very likeable and extremely accurate in their product knowledge. Dan Dennis (gemstones) is particularly interesting. He's even written a book (they sell it) on gemstones and it's great. The merchandise is top rate, the prices are almost unbelievable and the ease of ordering and returning is down to a science. Customer service is on their toes and you are treated with the utmost respect by them. Watch for the item of the day, a very special deal and price and call in quickly. Items do sell out, but many times show up again in a few months or so. Try this channel. You'll love it!

The quality of all the jewelry I've purchased from Shopathometv.com has been excellent and the price has certainly been lower than that of local jewelry stores for similar items.
