Star Rating: Reviewer: Dawn Sherman from Arizona Comments: I had my daughter take my film in for processing on 31st May. The photos are still not back (on June 12)! No one told us they would take weeks, or be sent to Minnesota for processing. My film was hand-inspected at the airport and the same on the return trip. I have an 89-year-old great-aunt and a 70-year-old uncle - this is the last trip I will get to see them. Never will I use your service again, and I am more than willing to tell everyone I know in this town to stay away also. Weeks to process film is not right! Dawn Sherman.
Star Rating: Reviewer: Lynn from Pennsylvania Comments: I recently purchased an expensive digital camera from Ritz. I also purchased their extended warranty. In less than a month the battery door on the camera broke and I was very happy to have the extended warranty. When I dropped the camera off I was told it would be returned in 2-3 weeks. I called 3 weeks later and was told, Oh no, it always takes 4-6 weeks for repairs. Again, I waited and the next phone call I was told, Oh no, it always takes 6-8 weeks for repairs. I have now missed pictures of my daughter's high school senior prom and will most likely miss pictures at my nephew's wedding in a Virginia botanical garden. If the camera should need to be repaired again under the warranty, I plan to smash the entire thing because there is a 100% replacement with the warranty. Certainly that wouldn't take 2 months! I will not purchase through Ritz Camera again, nor extend the warranty past this first year.
