Comments: You can't beat the speed at which the DVDs arrive. However, the condition of the DVDs are often poor. Basically for every 6 dvds, expect 1of them to have at least 2 scenes that are non-playable and another to have a couple of minutes that are unplayable.

Comments: Depending on your location, DVDs can arrive in as soon as one business day. I typically get my DVDs a day BEFORE the estimated date of arrival. You can rent three at a time for the basic $20.00 monthly fee, or you can upgrade for more. If you watch and return them quickly, you can see several movies a month. If you get busy and forgetful, you can keep all three for a month, and avoid the $2.00+ per movie per day late fee! The best thing about NetFlix, however, is the tremendous selection! If you're up for the newest releases only, you might be better off going to your local video store, but if you're interested in choosing from tens of thousands of titles, including Television Series discs, Gay & Lesbian films, Documentaries, Rare and Special Interest movies, not to mention every regular title, this place has them! The website is easy to navigate, and they keep track of what you've watched, recommend movies based on your ratings, and let you change the order of your queue with ease. I absolutely LOVE NetFlix! You can't compare your dusty, crowded video store to the selection, convenience and ease of use NetFlix offers!

Comments: Netflix was good, but the trick to getting your money's worth is sending the videos back as soon as possible.

Comments: It sounds like a great idea - and it is for the most part. You have the comfort of getting DVDs sent in the post. It works out cheaper per movie than it would from Blockbusters, and you don't have to go out to return them, thus saving fuel as well. But the service could be a little quicker - it doesn't take three or four days for a movie to get from your mail box to Netflix and then another three or four days for the next one to get back to you - the online tracking information lies. They "slow things down a little" in an effort to get you to pay for the next level of service, which is annoying. But still, overall it's cheaper and more convenient, and there's only been one movie that has never made it to us due to a "long waiting list" (what, a whole year?). I would recommend Netflix, but get on to them if they're being slow.

Comments: I wanted to try a free two week membership, yet they billed my credit card. I cancelled the next day, yet I am still being billed! I'm going to report them to better business services!
