Comments: I have purchased all of Joy Manganos cleaning products. I use them because they work wonderfully, and because I am allergic to the most popular chemical brands on the market. Unfortunately these products are no longer available on HSN. I am glad I stocked up so I have enough to get me through the next year. I use her huggable hangers and love them also. I found the first set up huggable clips to be poorly made. However, they created better quality clips with each subsequent order. I would like to see the jewelry cleaner solution offerred separately from the actual jewelry cleaner again. We should not have to pay for an additional sonic jewelry cleaner just to get more cleaning solution. Overall I would say I have not had any issues with her cleaning products, My Little Steamer, huggable hangers, or her tiny vacuum. And I do appreciate the honest feedback on her luggage. I will not be ordering her luggage due to the poor reviews listed on this site.

Comments: I have ordered many of Joy Mangano's products including My Little Steamer, the Clothes It All suitcase, the Image 4 Door mirror, and the Huggable Hangers. I was disappointed when I received the Huggable Hangers set of 50 in mauve because it took nearly two weeks to be delivered and the workmanship was nothing to be desired. So many variations of the color mauve. HSN exchanged the set for another set at no extra charge and the order was received right away. However, I need shirt Huggable Hangers and since February of this year Joy Mangano has not sold them again. It is very frustrating.

Comments: The Clothes It All Deluxe Garment Bag is the worst purchase I have ever made. I purchased it because I travel monthly. I used it one time. The material tore away from the rod on the garment bag with only eight items hanging in it. I had to take additional luggage because it would not close with even a quarter of what was advertised it could hold. Hopefully I will be able to get some satisfaction, if customer service ever answers the phone.

Comments: I wanted people to know that the Clother it all Deluxe Suitcase is very hard to zip up when it's full or empty and the zipper poped open during a flight. A stronger zipper will help this product. I have tried several of Joy's products but this one has proven to be a bad buy for me.

Comments: The hangers are great. Love them, have 4 sets. After I purchaced them, they ran a special on HSN of 50 or so. Boy, would I have loved to get that one, I would have saved some money, but anyway, they are great!

Comments: I wanted to let the world know how wonderful these products are! My seven year old son, who knew better, colored a picture on my living room coffee table in PERMANENT INK! You know it bled through... a lot! I tried wood cleaners of every sort, forgetting I had purchased these products just a few days before. When I tried her Miracle Clean Floor Care Concentrate on the table, IT TOOK OFF THE MARKER COMPLETELY!!! It also left the finish completely intact. Thank you, Joy, from the bottom of my son's heart! (And mine too!)

Comments: I have thoroughly enjoyed using the Miracle Clean jewelry cleaner, and laundry kit. The pre-spot is amazing. However, I would like to purchase more than the 4 ounce bottle that comes with the laundry kit. I have multiple chemical sensitivities, and am getting to know more people experiencing the same serious difficulties with chemicals, fragrances, and perfumes. Because I am so limited in what I am able to use to clean, do laundry or use for personal care, I am ecstatic when I find a product that really holds up to its promises. I have children and the pre-spot has been able to effectively remove everything from ground in mud to grass stains. But with a family of four, the four ounce bottle or pre-spot does not last. Please let me know if you have any plans of offering larger, more economic sizes of any and all products in your product line. I have a growing number of friends and acquaintences that are learning about your line, and this is a common question that keeps coming up.
