Star Rating: Reviewer: Robert from Massachusetts Comments: If you are in a hurry for an order to surprise the wife, be sure you fully understand how it will be shipped. One time I set up for a USPS General Delivery and paid for overnight shipping and ended up chasing a UPS driver all over. 2nd time I set up for UPS depot to hold for pick-up and paid for expedited 3 day delivery they shipped Airborne/DHL. Once their error was discovered they credited DHL shipment and reshipped via UPS overnight at no additional cost to me. Two ladies in Customer Services were extremely helpful, but three others left a lot to be desired!
