Star Rating: Reviewer: Dan from Illinois Comments: Recently purchased Sony DSC-P8 digital camera at $364.00 but the item was "OPENED"! I found out the seal from Sony was cut and they simply replaced another Sony seal on top of it. This item could be reconditioned as well but who knows. I have shop from them a few time already but this is the first time I have received an opened item. Their customer service is fine because they do have people that answers the phone unlike the others.

Star Rating: Reviewer: Anonymous Comments: I called this morning (Wednesday) to get a tracking number for the speaker order I placed last Saturday. I was told it was shipped Monday and when I tracked my order through UPS it was scheduled for delivery today. My speakers arrived less than 4 days after placing the order and shipping was included in the price! I can't say enough good about the service I received from J&R. The man who took my order was very accommodating in doing a price match and also letting me order an item that had an "internet only" price over the phone. The woman who gave me my tracking number couldn't have been nicer. You can be assured that I will look here first next time I am planning on purchasing any item that you sell. Thank you.
