Comments: I'm pleased with some products and not others - prices are overall good. QVC has much better customer service! Reps are far friendlier. The return policy is horrible at HSN - one has to call in time after time to get credit for some items. I always wait on the phone lines as well. I also always have to get a supervisor involved as the reps have no authority at all and are not trained on products. The prices are better than QVC's as are the sales; however, the quality overall isn't as good and the reps are not anywhere near as friendly. The return dept. needs to know how to credit more than one item in a box - especially if all labels are included!!!!

Comments: Same as others regarding first time user not being able to use coupons. Also, specials only for HSN credit card holder... should be for loyal repeat customers. Many service reps incompetent. Lots of phone calls to receive refunds. Supervisors can only be reached via transfer from customer service.

Comments: Products are great. Customer service is not. They either do not hire competent people, or have too few people working in that capacity and poor training. Wait on the phone forever to get customer service rep. Half of them don't know what they are doing, they are not friendly (some of them are just rude and lazy - no other words for it) nor helpful. I have had my orders shipped somewhere else and other peoples orders shipped to me. I have an amount right now charged to my credit card and the customer service rep can't tell me what it is for - she can't find it. She was very worried that they closed in a couple of minutes and wanted to get out of there on time. I wouldn't have called at that time EXCEPT it says customer service lines are open 24 hours a day on their packing slips. My problems (there are two of them) are still not resolved. I am probably going to have to call my credit card company and ask them to intervene.

Comments: Love HSN but why not reward the repeat customers with coupons? The coupons are always for "NEW" customers. Us "addicted" should also benefit. Loyalty deserves to be considered when making decisions on coupons.

Comments: Does not honor coupons when they are on this site. Some coupons not for old customers, just first-time shoppers. Should have coupons for loyal customers and people who shop all the time at HSN.
