Comments: The customer service is absolutely the most horrible in the world. I have found my experience with this company to be the worst nightmare I have ever experienced. They are impossible to speak with and do not understand a word you are trying to convey (conveniently!). I have tried for several months to cancel my account. Next step will be something drastic.

Comments: Everything was fine until we wanted to cancel our account. They have continued to charge us repeatedly (even for products we never had with them i.e. long distance). We have tried to address this issue with them and have not received a response. We are now disputing the charges with our credit card company. It has been a real headache.

Comments: Great Company. I have both Long Distance and Internet Service from GTC and never had a problem. Tech service for the Internet was knowledgeable and free. I used it only because I had to install GTC on the new computer I just bought.

Comments: I can't believe how much money GTC has saved us. I pay only 5 cents a minute for my long distance, anytime (no schedule restrictions), with no monthly service charge or minimum usage fee. I shopped around, and this was the best deal I found. Whenever I get a call from a soliciting long distance company who wants me to switch my service to their "super fabulous deal" I always ask, "Can you beat GTC Telecom's plan?", and they never can. If you request a paper statement and wish to pay your bill by check, there is a small fee, but if you pay your bill with your credit card and get your statement via email or online, there is no fee.
