Comments: The battery operated vacuum was great while it lasted almost a year. But there customer service is terrible, terrible. I called several times, and all I got was it will take a couple of weeks or I maided it to the wrong address. I mailed it to the address that was on their booklet that came with it. They kept using that as an excuse. No time table as to when it would be fixed, even asked for their supervisor, the same excuse. I tolded them I didn't want apologies, I wanted answers, to no avail. This is customer service, it stinks. I never dealt with a company like this and they don't give a dam. A reliable company would fix it or replace it. I even complained to HSN but they did nothing either. Three months later, it took three months to response and I got a new battery vacuum. , but this doesn't make a difference to me now. I will never buy anything from them and if I see them adveristing this article on HSN AGAIN, I will call and let everyone know.

Comments: I bought a Euro Pro, Shark Vacuum. It fell apart in the first 3 weeks. The button broke from the suction head, I can no longer remove the suction head to use the vac as a hand held. The handle broke after 5 weeks of use, I can no longer turn corners, the handle just spins. Then, after 12 weeks of use, the hinge on the dust cup lid broke, now if I remove the dust cup to empty it, the lid falls off and all of the dirt falls back onto my floors. I contacted the company 4 times!!! Via email, snail mail, and they have not acknowledged my mail, nor my problem. Nobody will talk to me about this product or my loss of $60.00 of hard earned money. But from them at your own risk!

Comments: I bought a Euro Pro Shark Plus vacuum cleaner. I really like it! Small, hold it in your hand & vacuum in small places, great suction power! I had no trouble getting extra bags. There is a telephone number on the vacuum cleaner to call & order bags & parts which I did. It is great for quick pick ups! Now, I have to buy a new hose. It broke off because it was made of plastic. This is the bad feature of the vacuum cleaner. I wish they made better quality parts for these vacuum cleaners. I have had this one for 3 years. I will call the phone number that I have & hope I will be able to get another hose without too much trouble after seeing all of these negatives reviews.

Comments: I purchased one of their more expensive steam cleaners, paid over $200.00 for it. First the lights didn't work on it so you never knew when it was ready unless you squeezed the trigger. I called HSN and because I didn't use it right away, because I was sick when I got it , and the thirty days were up to refund your money they wouldn't take it back. Called the company, that was when they were answering the phones, and they said to mail it back at my expense and they would look at it. Got it back 5 wks. later and it didn't even look like it had been taken out of the box. Decided to try it anyway with the light not working and all it does is push the grease around. It doesn't clean anything. The only thing that it did work on was the mold in the shower in the gaps of the door. I had to spray that thing for hours on that shower and was exhausted and sweaty from all the steam. I do not recommend this item at all.

Comments: I bought a Europro iron six months ago and the heating element failed after 6 months. I can't find out what the warrantee is, the local store won't fix it and I am having trouble getting parts. For $90 I can get a lot of throwaway irons, and will from now on.

Comments: Purchased the Steam Caddy, worked fine for a few weeks, then it started leaking all over the floor! Tried to get help, but so far no one has been able to do anything. HSN suggested calling the company, but I just get put on hold, then it goes to a dial tone. This thing cost 130.00 and it just leaks and leaks!

Comments: I purchased a shark cordless vacuumn cleaner almost 1 year ago. It worked great for almost a year and I loved it. The handle suddenly broke off and then it stopped working completely. I thought it was just bad luck and ordered and received another one. I never read any comments till now and I am not happy with all the complaints and poor service.

Comments: I will never buy another Euro Pro product again. I bought the Euro Pro select canister vacumm less than 10 months ago and it's already causing me problems. I called the company to find a local repair shop and they told me I would have to ship it back to them at my cost both ways, and that it would take 8 weeks for it to be fixed. Well, what am I supposed to do for 8 weeks? It is not a company that cares about their customers.

Comments: My daughter and I paid $130 apiece for Euro Pro Steam Generator irons. After 3 months, they are leaking all over the place! I even tried taking them to a local repair shop and they couldn't fix them because the company doesn't offer repair parts! I had a Euro Pro hand vac which also broke very quickly. I just threw it away. They are great products while they last, but, unfortunately they DON'T last and the company doesn't care!

Comments: I purchased a Euro Pro pressure washer Model VPW38H from HSN. I was planning on pressure washing my house and deck and did not open the package until I was on vacation (about 5 weeks). On opening, much to my dismay, the high pressure lance was not in the box. The product may be good, but I will not know because I need a pressure lance! No help from HSN, although they have over $130 of my money, and no help from Euro Pro.

I phoned Euro Pro and they informed me that they are no longer making this particular product. So, I am out $200.00, unless I want to spend as much trying to get the darn thing fixed. Comments: I purchased a new and improved Shark Turbo Hand Vac. Model Epo33. The first time I used it the thing got hot. I returned it to the store and they gave me another one. This present one I used twice and the motor burned up, smelled and smoked. I read from the ratings that service is awful, I'm hoping to be able to say it was great. Give me an address to send this junk back and get a refund or new one. Thank you.

Comments: We purchased the Ultra Shark Cordless Sweeper. As a sweeper it is satisfactory; however, the edge cleaner leaves a lot to be desired. The plastic gears are very weak and do not hold up for any length of time and since there do not seem to be any service parts available the edge cleaner is quite useless. It is certainly not as good as the company makes it out to be. Some improvements are needed.

Comments: I Agree with Vanessa from Connecticut. Euro Pro has no service whatsoever. I've been dealing with a defective machine for over a year, sent it back and still haven't even received credit for my machine, that I PAID FOR. And they just pass you off constantly.

Comments: The vacuum itself is great, but good luck getting any service whatsoever from these people. I'm just trying to get a replacement BELT!!!! Their website is amazingly poor. It keeps telling me my address is invalid (as a joke, I even put in the White House address... and it came up as being invalid too!). I would have emailed their customer service department, but apparently they don't have one. I emailed their webmaster. I am not holding my breath. Their website makes no mention of a phone number or snail mail address. Stay away from this company. FAR away. No one should have to jump through hoops of fire to get good customer service.

Now I need dust filters and it's been 2 weeks and no success yet. Stay away from this company...
