Comments: As far as eBags is concerned, as a website they are one of the best that I have ever dealt with. They are very reasonably priced and their shipping is prompt and efficient. They even give you the expected arrival date before you place your order, and they send out a confirmatory e-mail once the items has been shipped. If you have any questions at all, they have a very helpful 24 hour customer service team at their 1-800 number. They also have a money back guarantee on any item that you purchase from their site. In fact, I was so pleased with this bag, and my ebags.com experience in general, that I have placed an order for another bag just like this one, plus I ordered some other items which I will review in future opinions.
