Comments: I ordered a Roomba vacuum cleaner. Got the lowest price on the internet that I could find, free shipping, and I got my order in a week. My experience was great, and I already have recommended them to friends. Oh, the Roomba vacuum is really great too. I highly recommend that as well.

Comments: [abridged] Buyer beware! I had bought a refurbished Kenwood receiver. But before I rambled off my credit card number, I had made sure that I could return the product if there was a problem or if I didn't like it. They stated that they had a 14 day no hassle return policy. As soon as I received the unit, I tested it out several days later. Only to find out that the unit was in fact defective. So I had called all day long, in trying to get my sales associate (apparently, only he can give you a return authorization). I was hung up on several times, once I was yelled at, and of course, the unanswered voice mails that I had left. If that was all that was matter, I'd rate the service "poor" - yet there's more to make this rating go "terrible." All of a sudden, once I was able to contact my sales associate for a return number, the 14 day return policy now became none existent, citing their "contract" with Kenwood, who they say do not allow them to take back any refurbished units. But, having checked with Kenwood, that's BOGUS! in fact, I've found out that they have denied returns to number of people (not just myself). And refuses to honor their return policy. In fact, they are not even an authorized dealer. So now I'm kind of stuck with a defective unit (but nice enough for the Kenwood people... that they are willing to take the unit and cover the item for 90 days for those who have been effected by ecost's scheme).
