No one should purchase this item. We are all not Martha Stewart and know how to operate everything thing made for kitchens. Am returning my product. Will never buy from again.

The 8-14 Bravetti Food Processor Quad Blade, and the Blass Deep Fryer (Model K4305H)." Both items came WITHOUT ANY USE/RECIPE MANUEL. I have called HSN numerous times ...... they can't ever help anyone when there's a problem with products that they sell on their broadcast. I've also contacted Bravetti by phone... No one there could help me either. I NEED A BOOKLET SHOWING THE VARIOUS USES AND RECIPES FOR THESE ITEMS. It doesn't matter if the product was delivered on time. Without instructions, it's just an eyesore. The sales pitch was awesome. Now we need someone to deliver! Very disappointed!

Cannot even figure out which blades to use for which purpose. I emailed c/s at HSN and they responded that they cannot help. Contacted Bravetti by phone... No one has helped me. I most likely will return. The show showed many interesting uses. The mfr. should include suggested uses/recipes. Very dissatisfied!

Star Rating: Reviewer: Anonymous from New York Comments: I have Bravetti's Blender/Food Processor combo (the 800 watt quad blade system). This is the biggest waste of my money ever! I used the blender a total of FIVE times before it completely died (time number 4 should have tipped me off that it was going to die soon when it could not mix water with instant coffee grains so well). One of the pieces looked like it was burned off. It is not terribly complex to mix milk with protein powder, so I am very confused as to how this product can perform so badly so quickly. When I called their customer service department, they hung up on me once, and when I called back I got a guy that was clearly reading from a script, and he was fading in and out (I think their phone system is bad too). I got so frustrated, I hung up.

Today I tried to shred some mozarella cheese and the blade locked up so badly that it had to be sawed off. I am in the process of trying to find how to get some parts so that I can still use the processor in some manner. I cannot find a web site to order what I need.
Star Rating: Reviewer: Paula from New York Comments: I have had my Bravetti convection oven for less than a year. I like it, but it is already having serious problems with the on/off knob - the only way to turn it off now is to unplug the unit. I also was annoyed by the scanty documentation.
Star Rating: Reviewer: Marie Magdaleno from California Comments: I have several Bravetti appliances and I love them. I was so excited with the glass bowl food processor. I don't want a big traditional processor, but I need one that shreds... and this was it. My first use was planned for July 4th to shred some cheese... but the plastic shaft snapped in the motor. How could Bravetti scrimp on the main pivot point of the motor... the shaft! It should be metal. PLEASE get some new engineers and re-design the shaft with metal so I can get another one!

I sent it to the Bravetti/Euro Pro factory for repair (it was still under guarantee but you have to pay a fee) and it came back with 3 parts missing! I have called repeated times and they have sent different parts but still not the ones that I need! This is horrible. I will never buy appliances online again!
Star Rating: Reviewer: Sandra Kindness from Pennsylvania Comments: I received two Ice Cream Makers at Xmas, and one was a gel canister, but there was no recipe booklet with them. I gave one away for a Xmas present. I wanted to buy another gel canister but HSN doesn't carry the piece anymore. On the HSN website there's a new Strawberries and Cream ice maker which is identical to my order but a different color. And it now comes with a recipe booklet. It seems a little ridiculous that I would have to order a whole new ice maker just to get a recipe booklet. I was very disappointed and frustrated over the time spent trying to find information on this product. I was not satisfied with the Bravetti Company. Very poor information and I won't buy this product again.

The owner's manual is very limited. I would have liked to have some of the recipes shown on the segment advertising this. Every other appliance I have ever purchased came with some kind of recipe booklet.

I need to know which blade to use for making the fruit ice drinks and the information HSN gave us to make us want to buy. Really need this information.

The only negative is the instructional material; it is a bit thin, and I don't know for sure which blade to use for cookies; nor the different uses for the whisk and/or the whipper??? Also, there is a juicer that I haven't tried yet, and can't figure out how to use it. One section that goes with it is not on the Parts List. Aside from the documentation, it has been great two-day fun.

It gives very little information on the product, no phone number and no info on ordering replacement pieces or accessories.

Now I'm finding there may be no means of obtaining this infomation either. This was bought as a gift for our family and I may not ever be able to find out how to use it.
