Comments: These people are either crooks or completely incompetent. After setting up service for cheap international calls with AT&T, I naturally made some international calls. They then billed me at the FULL casual rate. When I brought this to their attention, they denied that I had setup with their cheap international rates. After much discussion they agreed to give me a few dollars in LD Credit. It never showed up on my statement. When I called in to inquire about it again, I was told that the credit would only be against NEW charges and I had to make these calls within a 2 or 3 month period. At this point I decided never to do business with AT&T again!!
