The last time I remember Uncle Sam is the one that sets the charge fees on anything anyone mails. So either you pay it or you don't get it! Isn't it the weight of a product, rather than the number that you are paying postage on? Let's face it, those vitamins aren't cheap but if they cost a $100.00 a bottle they would be worth buying. At least I can walk now, and before I couldn't.

I believe though that if they were to adjust pricing on s&h so that multiple things could be shipped together that the price of the items would go up. It's more than likely that they make money off the s&h and if they were to change that they would have to re-price their products to make up the difference. Quite often they offer special pricing on s&h, like if you buy more than one of the same thing you only pay one s&h cost. So, in the long run I believe it's a good deal we get, as the vitamins are top notch!!

I called when the arrival date passed and was told they had to wait another weeks to file a loss claim. I can order vitamins from anybody else and get them next day from 3000 miles away. I'm afraid to order any other vitamins from HSN. It doesn't do any good if I run out.
Star Rating: Reviewer: Karen from New York Comments: I see that many customers are angry with HSN due to shipping costs and shipping multiple items individually. The shipping is not HSN's fault. In many cases, items are shipped from different locations, therefore there will be shipping on each item. I know this because I work in a distribution center for another company that also does this. As far as the shipping costs, this is a Postal issue...not HSN. I have had only excellent service from HSN. I know that angry customers have to vent their frustrations, but blame the Postal Service, not HSN.

I'm allergic to glue and some use this as an ingredient, and also a hardener for those big ones. I get so sick. Thank you Andrew Lessman, you deliver what you promise. Now when I order more than one item, why can't HSN ship them together in one box?

Why can't we buy your products elsewhere? They are always out of stock and you get no break on S&H even with a large order. You order the product with credit card, thinking it's on its way to you, but after 3 weeks you call only to have them tell you it's on back order. Why don't they let you know this up front so you're not looking for it in 7-10 days. HSN is so unorganized.

Why not put all items in ONE shipping container and then charge for one instead of each item? This is how the rest of the country does the shipping. I believe more folks would buy your products if this system of abuse would cease. Each item costing 4 to 6 dollars is insane! I would definitely buy more if a fourth of my order was not shipping costs! Maybe this does not concern you but we out here that buy your product should have a voice. It's hard to rate a product, even when excellent, when one is annoyed with the shipping and handle fee.

I did receive my order of Healthy Hair Skin and Nails and the calcium, for the first time. I ordered the double one, the best buy advertised on the shopping channel. I had confirmed it with the operator. I should have got more vitamins, and got billed for the special price before tax $69.70. I was only billed for $28.35 before tax. I'm missing the rest of my order, and you're not making more from me because of the mistake on the order. Please call me and we can talk.

I cannot afford the S&H fees on each product as I utilize all of his products for my health. The pharmacists at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor, Maine, were so pleased that I have been able to control my blood sugars and Hemaglobin A1-C with his products, especialy his Garcina and Chitosan. The people cannot order like they would like to, because of the S &H fees on each and every item. I almost lost all faith in Andrew, until I realized that it was not actually him, but that it was HSN trying to make all the money they can, knowing Andrew is their key to success.

Since we have taken his Immune System, I never worry about colds or the flu because this keeps us very healthy and strong all winter.
